Add/Edit/Delete

Company Data

  • How do I edit Company Information such as company name, address, phone number etc.?
            1. Go to the Settings Menu
            2. Click on Company Settings
            3. Edit pertinent information
            4. Click on save

  • How do I delete an existing company in M2R? 
            1. You cannot delete your company information. If you need to change any company information see above edit instructions.

Account Data

  • How do I manually add a new account?
            1. Launch M2R
            2. Click on the New Account button located at the top left side of the window
            3. In the Edit Account window enter the information under the Account tab, Customer tab and any other pertinent information
            4. Click the Save Account button at the top of window

  • How do I edit an account?
            1. Launch M2R
            2. Double click on account you wish to edit
            3. Make appropriate changes
            4. Click the Save Account button at the top of window

  • How do I delete an account within M2R? NOTE: Accounts that have already been reported to a credit bureau should not be deleted from the program unless they are closed AND have been reported to the bureau for the required amount of time. If an account was reported in error you will need to report the account again with the appropriate information and account status.
            1. Launch M2R
            2. Double click on the account you wish to delete
            3. Click the Delete Account button at the top of the window
            4. Click Yes to permanently delete account from the M2R database
NOTE: This does not delete or fix an account reported to the bureaus in error. To delete an account or borrower from the credit bureaus see Deleting Accounts/Borrowers under FAQ.
